Mend Smeg dWF 410SS Arms Spin Water

Smeg dWF 410SS spray arms don't spin?

Water is coming in OK but it is not washing properly. If I open the door i never see any movement or change of position in Spray Arms.
I have checked the filter and washed out the arms, they were clean.
