how can i fix my dishwasher - bosch sgv56a03gb/40?

My Bosch dishwasher has a fault : The bottom arm spins, but not rapidly. The top arm does not spin at all and very little water comes out of it.. I've removed the top arm and the pressure is not good. I removed the bottom arm and the pressure was good. No blockages in either arms. Any ideas ?
