Mss1.5 lights flashing?

I think this is the model number but i have a mistral and the light are flashing at the front when the power is turned on i checked the interconnects and they are right does anyone know what this means?

Stupid mistral put me on hold for like 1 hour and there tech support is only between 9am and 11am
