Mend Hotpoint Fridge Freezer Appliance

Hotpoint FFA64?

My fridge freezer has just packed up. At first it was the bottom freezer bit, and after two days the top fridge bit has packed up. All the lights are working as well as the normal fridge motor sound.It is not cooling at all. Any advise would be appreciated.
