Mend Hoover HNMF2605A Appliance Freezer Thermostat

Fridge freezer (Hoover HNMF2605A) is too cold .. thermastat needs replacing?

Hi,
My fridge freezer is now always too cold and is freezing everything! So, I think the thermastat needs replacing. Any ideas where it would be housed in the appliance, how I would replace it and exactly what part(s) I would need to buy?

sensor bulb is fixed to evaporator plate.( the cold part). usually behind it. sometimes it pops off the plate and makes the compressor run on too long making the fridge too cold.you may have to strip it back a little to check the bulb is still clipped in place
