how can i fix my ilo mp3 player?

im having trouble working my ilo mp3 player. the menu screen will turn on but no sound will come out. please help me. music means alot to me and with out it im lost.

uh, yeah... mine says its formatted wrong but my computer wont let me reformat it.... I'm a lot not happy because music is my life.
