Problem resolved! I tried taking it back to Walmart they told me to contact iLO. So I did. 254-224-0222. They were very nice and helpful. They asked for my name, ph#, email addy, type of MP3 that I bought and they sent to me the firmware for this device. I followed the instructions and presto it works fine again. They said that sometimes a corrupted download file will cause problems like that. Works great and my music files are still in it and they play good. Guess it isn't a lemon after all.
