no caller ID?

I purchased your concept combo 2300 in December 2008 set it up on xmas day everthing fine apart from caller ID we pay our provider for this service which we have done for 7 years no problem I put my old phone back on no problem the number of the caller is clear go back to your new one no caller ID what do I do
