Mend Hinari Steam Generator Bought

hirani steam generator?

I have recentley bought a hinari steam generator. There is no instruction book and I don't know where to get one from I have looked at it and pressed the buttons on the back which indicate the steam and on/off system. It doe's warm up the iron but no steam is coming out, can you tell me if there is something I am not doing right or where I can contact to get a inst. book.
