mending a snapped wire on acdc powerpack hi grade ?

wire snapped of powerpack the thin black wire not the lead side it a hi grade laptop can we fix it .

You can trim the wires back and re-solder them inside the power pack HOWEVER this is not a diy job. If you do not know what you are doing, take it to a professional or order a new one.
