Mend Hotpoint CDT00 Aquarius Water

How can I fix my Hotpoint Aquarius CDT00 tumble dryer?

My tumble dryer is leaking water from underneath and everytime I switch it on now, it trips the electric. Can anyone tell me what is wrong please.
