at back of machine at bottom you will see a gray chamber,this houses the float switch,what happens is fluff sticks the foam float to bottom of the chamber,this causes water to gather in the heater matrix,(top left of machine)the cover looks like a comma,unplug machine before you do anything
remove all the screws around the heater matrix,this will drain any water that is there,clean the fluff out of the float chamber,if your in luck thats all you need to do,but if ur luck out,u may need change heater assm
