Mend Peugeot 306 Started Fine

n reg peugeot 306 wont start?

started fine 1/2 hour before- when turning key(after the diesel coil lights off) simply turns over and clicks, as if battery is flat. think electrics could be at fauld becase central locking is faulty. what could be the problem/ how much should it cost to fix? dont want to be ripped off!
