no glow plugs working no glow plug light changed relay no joy any ideas stuart

Ford Ford 1.4 TDCi Vehicles, Cars 2004 Working Plug

I have just bought a Fusion TDCi 53 plate and have never seen the glow-plug light. I am having trouble starting up each morning so am taking it back to my dealer on Monday to see if there is a problem. Have to wait around 10 seconds before cranking the engine and, even then, it sometimes needs 2 or 3 cracks.

i have same model and have only recently seen warning light illuminate and only when it was about-2or3. unless you have a problem starting it is probably ok.
