Mend Vokera Compact Boiler Leak Combi

BOILER WATER LEAK?

Have 18mth old vokera combi that leaks water onto fan and burns out, this is the second time a new fan has been fitted. Fitter says it's a known fault this leak from the hose, why can't Vokera modify the hose and clips??
