I have a Bosch ClassiXX condenser Tumble dryer that does not dry properly?

When we put the setting to Very Dry the washing is still slightly damp when the cycle is completed. We have cleaned the filter and emptied the water container prior to starting the cycle but it makes no difference. Is this a problem with the condenser?
