i got eurovox box but nothing appears on the box ?

expect a little red light, its turned on but nothing appears. dont know wot to do

plzzzzzzzzzzz help

start at the power , test the socket with the tv plug , to see if you have power in that socket. make sure that the power lead is all the way in the back of the box, did you ever have this box working ?
