how do i change the fan belt on my daeoo matiz?

Fan belt? No such belt on this car, it does however have two aux. drive belts, one for the alternator and one for the power steering pump(sometimes this includes air-con where applicable).
Which of your belts needs replacing?
If its the alternator belt, I'd personally replace them both as you need to remove the p/steering belt to get to it. I always replace any drive belts once they have been disturbed, small cost compared to the hassle of replacing them again/later.
