how do you change a fanbelt on a 1994 Ford Ranger 4 cylinder with out air and power stering.

I am Going to tension mine 1998 s reg 406 hdi 110hp today if weather ok. Will post you with method after I have done it.
Have changed it before but cant remember how tensioner is set.
