How can i fix Electrolux TV540 Petrol lawn mower?

if you spray any kind of airfreshner into the cold intake, by removing the filter on the side of the engine first and get some one to pull start it while you squirt this into the air intake, it should burn of whats clogging the intake, there is also rocket quick start spray which is specificaly designed for engine cold starting, ask at any automobile auto shop.
