how do i change the oil ?

model is mountfield push lawnmower petrol engine rv 150

For one of my lawnmowers the manual tells you to use a bit of tube attached to a syringe and suck up all the engine oil. I guess it must have a drain plug, like one of my other ones but it's not accessible.
