How do I improve a low water pressure fault on a Ferroli Optimax HE 31 C Combi Boiler System?

The pressure gauge is sitting at 0 BAR at the moment?

The fault category is F37 in the manual?

I also have this problem however after filling the system within 2 hours i have lost the pressure again, also my condensate pump is running every 18mins suggesting the wter is going into the condensate line is this possible and if so how?

Refill the system using the filling loop set to 1-00 bar, make sure the filling loop is correctly turned off afterwards
