ferroli optimax HE 31C combi boiler?

my boiler will not fire up it just starts the fan then goes on to F12.
What is F12 fault

youve got a perameter set wrong in the engineers codes on perameter 2 .if you change it it should work as normal.if your stuck fone me 07807776411
