Mend Worcester 280 RSF Combi Boiler Central Heating Temperature

Why does the hot water keep going cold?

I have a Worcester 280 RSF Combi boiler, the hot water keeps going cold, but the central heating is working fine. What is the cause of this & how do I get it fixed. Is there some sort of thermostat needs replacing?
