nearside indicator on solid with no ignition peugeot 306 1.9xld 96?

when i reconnected the battery after charging it the nearside indicators came on but they dont flash just stay lit up even when the keys are out.

Has it got factory fitted alarm probably alarm fault try disconnecting battery reconnecting if that fails you need to look at alarm system
