Mend Hot Water Heating System Pilot Light

regarding hot water?

hi i have a problem with the water not getting hot, even if i have the heating on it doesnt always make the water hot, sumtimes not even turning on the pilot light. Heating on the other hand is fine.

If your system is old with gravity hot water it's wort checking if the F&E tank has got any water in it, or on later system it could be the diverter valve or air in the system. It always help to list boiler make and model when asking for a help on here.

Check the small header tank in the loft is full of water.
