how can i fix and whats wrong?

i have a triton 24cdi combi boiler and are recieving no hot water ether through the hot water tap or through the shower witch it feeds . but the heating system is working(rads). The pilot light for the hot water tap sign does not light up at all now. what could be wrong and how to find fault and fix please?
