My Digivox xl does not seem to be working. I have typed in 1004 in the emy key but still nothing happens. Can someone help

re set factory setting than switch off at back of box for about 30 second. search again.

1004 should only be used to entre sub menu! the key can be switched on or off from remote!

I usually press 'info' button first then 2004 and then the Nagravision menu come up. Try this

you only type 1004 , to get into to the part of the menu, turn on the EMU , if its off
