why wont my brand new cooker work?

I have a NEWWORLD electric cooker ES50S a qualified electrician tried to connect it but although we have power the cooker doent do anything?

Get a report from the 'Qualified Electrician' and take it to the shop you bought it from,or go to the shop tell them it was installed correctly and doesn't work.IT'S NOT YOUR PROBLEM.GO TO THE SHOP AND TELL THEM.You have consumer rights,they sold it to you don't let them flam you off by saying 'Contact the manufacturer' the shop is responsible.
