my bike wont start and ive rebuilt the back end ?

i rebuilt my back end and it doesent work. it doesent get a spark but the coli is fine and it has a brand new cdi unit any sugestions on how to fix it

Hi, back end?????? do you mean big end? anyway could be generator fault on whatever bike you've got.
