i have a Turbo max plus combi 824/2e / 282/2e boiler installed in my house (circa 6yrs old), which i'm experiencing problems with.
With heating turned on the follwoing issues occur
- radiators are all ok
- hot water is cool / cold from taps
- boiler indictaed pressure rises to maximum - 3 on gauge
- timed heating does not appear to work or control boiler
- If house thermostat is turned down heating / boiler does not go off.
With heating turned off
- hot water works ok at all taps
- indicated pressure is ok
Your assistance or ideas would be much appreciated.

diverter valve, very easy to change all done from the front in about 20 mins and around £90 from any parts supplier......oooh remember to isolate cold mains and flow /return and drain boiler
