how to change a craftsman engine pully?

i took the bolt out of the bottom of the pully shaft but it still wont come down.

More than likely in has a keyway on the shaft, plus the tight fit that is natural, makes it hard to come off. You may have to do a little prying, tapping, ( carful not to bend or break it). If that don't get it, you may need to use a wheel puller.
