how do i fill my powermax 155 with water?

i have a powermax 155 heating rads ok but wont fill a bath very noisy also ive been told it needs more water in it? but i cant see where you fill it? please help!!!

you dont its scaled or sludged up in the heat exchanger or internal coil . you need an engineer to sort it

if its water hammer your talking about when running the hot taps it sounds like the blender valve.
is it a range powermax 155
