Mend Protherm 80e Combi Boiler Help Turn Hot Heating

Protherm 80e Combi boiler?

Can anyone help when I turn on my hot water boiler does not ignite the only way I can get hot water is to turn on heating and just crack the hot water tap open so it trickles out but it takes ages to fill a bath please help?
