Mend Heating Radiators Hot Water

Hot Water Problem?

When we have the heating on and we are trying to fill the bath the hot water turns itself off. The radiators are still hot but the water is cold. Can anyone help please.

You did not say your system type, If combi boiler than make and model and wheather any hot water comes out at all or none than can be answered
