Mend Ferroli Optimax 38c Boiler Central Heating Gas Engineer

ferroli optimax 38c boiler?

I have a ferrroli optimax 38c central heating boiler just a few weeks old.In fitting new washers to my taps i foolishly drained the system.This of course lost the pressure in my boiler.I have tried turning the two knobs to fill it up again but nothing is happening.When i contacted the gas enineer he said he is to busy to call.Ferroli say they will charge if it is just low water pressure,can anybody help.

Gordon,
Make sure the valves are in the correct position. Both valves need to be in the horizontal position before the system will top up. Make sure the pressure on the gauge stays below 1.5 bar. Hope this helps.
