how can i fix my oil sump pan on a mk2 fiat punto 2002 reg ?

When you say fix, I presume it has corroded like all fiat 5+ years old. The only answer is to buy one for about £35 (ebay) drain out the old oil into a suitable container, remove the bolts around the old sump and take off. Clean up the face where it fits, and then you will need a tube of gasket sealant. Run a thickish bead 6mm around the new sump push into position and replace bolts. Fill up again with oil and away you go. Drive until oil is warm and check for leaks. Good luck
