Mend Peugeot Boxer Warning Light Fan

can someone tell me the meaning of a warning light on a peugeot boxer?

I have a warning light flicking on and off and I don't have a manual yet to tell me what it means. Its a Peugeot Boxer Van 1998. The light looks like a fan in a battery...?? Any ideas
