I have a Vokera Compact HE, the LED status indicator is permanently on red and it doesn't fire up when tap is turned on and heating doesn't work, it says contact an engineer, is it serious?
the red light on a vokera compact means that it is a resetable fault, possible due to overheat etc, turn the selector to reset then turn back, it will more than likely go back to red light after a while maybe a ntc or overheat stat is faulty
