how do I clean an iron?

how do I clean a stain in my iron, I try lots of thing but nothing work please help me.

You can wipe the sole plate with a mixture of water and dish soap. If you want to clean the inside , fill up to one quarter of white viniger and steam away, then rinse. this will remove any iron deposits. of course wipe the plate again,
