IMPELLOR PUMP BLOCKED, TO FIX, FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS;
Turn off water and electrical supplies
Remove all wash trays and filters; remove excess water from inside the dishwasher using a sponge and bowl, (saves soaking the kitchen floor later).
Remove the base plate; 3 screws behind the white kick plate at the front and 3 screws at the rear of the dishwasher, disconnect the leak protection system, micro switch with a polystyrene float fixed to the base plate. (brown and orange wires).
NOW TO REMOVE THE IMPELLOR PUMP
Tilt the dishwasher forward and rest on a small stool or box.
The impellor pump is connected to the waste pipe, this in turn is connected to the water chamber by a single screw, remove this screw and rotate the impellor pump counter clockwise to release, be careful not to lose the rubber ‘O’ seal.
(some water my leak at this point; did you cover the kitchen floor?)
Using a pair of pliers, pinch the spring clip holding the waste pipe to the impellor pump and separate the two.
(water from the waste pipe will leak out)
Using a screwdriver, try to move the impellor pump though the inlet hole (BE CAREFUL). Your debris should fall out, if not try blowing or part filling with water to see if the debris floats (mine did!), once cleaned you can reassemble the impellor pump.
Follow these instructions in reverse to re-assemble the dishwasher. Once re-assembled use a rinse cycle to test.
HAPPY REPAIRING... (worked for me!)
