MY P REG ASTRA VAN JUST SUDDENLY STOPPED ANY IDEAS WHY?

I WAS GOING ALONG THE ROAD WHEN THE VAN JUST CONKED OUT. I HAVE TRIED MORE DIESEL AND RENEWED THE FAN BELT BUT IT JUST WON'T START

It is possible the TIMING BELT IS BROKEN .
If it is the timing belt is broken ,the cylinder head will be
damaged ,quite an expensive repair , useually needs a replacement.
