how can I fix my whirlpool awg329 washing machine?

It may be a coin or simular item stuck in the drain pump. I had the same problem more than once with the same machine.Try using the drain pipe found behind the plinth on bottom of machine (two white screws,1/4 turn to release) once completly drained then undo the large finger screw next to the drain pipe to see if anything is jamed in the pump propeller. If there is an item stopping the pump from working it may not always be noticiable unless you take the large pipe off from underneath the machine. good luck
