how do I fix my Seat Inca Van?

i have just bought a sat inca van second hand and the problem is apart from buying the bl**dy thing is every time i go to start it i have to wriggle a little square box thing just above the fuses to get the coil light to show ...what is the correct name for these little square things many thanks

Sandra, the drive belt for the alternator and water pump does not affect the timing!! it's only the cambelt that needs to be set-up correctly
