loss of water pressure?

my vokera excell 80sp is losing water pressure and requires constant topping up.any answers?

check for leaks on the pipes and radiators also check the discharge pipe from the boiler that goes outside , it should be dry , if the pipe outside is dripping you need to check the expansion vessel and the pressure relief valve is ok
