when shower on hottest setting it keeps going cold for a minute then hot again .any ideas? thanks R

Tried showerdoc for this query, but they did'nt even reply to my email so my mum got a elect to have a look, it turned out to be just a new showerhead required. so if anyone has got the same prob. here is the answer
