Mend Trevi boost Pressure Hot Water Prv

Trevi boost shower?

Loss of hot water due to high pressure from cold Mains so fitted PRV to bring cold pressure down. I've got the hot water back but lack of pressure tried adjusting PRV but cold over powers hot don't know what to try next
