Mend Skoda Octavia Door Locking Panel

How do I open a door of my Octavia?

I cannot open one of the rear doors either using the key in the drivers door or from the inside. The knob does not stay up. The other doors also from time to time do not open using the central locking. But I can open them from the inside. If I need to remove the panel how do I do this?
