Mend Beko Fridge Stopped Working Power

Fridge stopped working but power to it !?

Hi - My Beko fridge / freezer has stopped working. By this I mean that the freezer has defrosted and there is no refrigeration within the fridge. The power is still getting to the unit as the internal light is on, so the fuse is ok.

Any ideas of what may be wrong or what I can do to resolve the problem? Or is it 'knackered' and needs replacing? It is 11 years old!

it could be that the thermostat has gone and is not giving a signal to the compressor, it could also be that the compressor has burnt out. my advice on an 11 year old fridge freezer is throw it away.

replace the thermostat and it should work again cost of part bout 20 odd quid if need one send us model no and will be able to get you one
