Mend Baxi Boiler Heating Honeywell

baxi back boiler?

the boiler will not stay alight, even when the room stat is on maximum. If I manually hold the lower of the port valves alondside the storage tank, the boiler did light for a few moments then stopped. The valves and the room stat are Honeywell. (the pump is working)

Hi John, sounds like faulty synchon motor in the honeywell heating valve, you can buy just the motor from a company online called BES, they're about £6 or you can buy from plumbcenter or grahams but will be about £15.
